You click on the 'BOSS - Update Masterlist.bat' file and it arranges your mods. You don't normally import BOSS into OBMM. It's an excellent mod and is probably the easiest of all the FCOM components to install as it comes with its own installation programs.

You could also consider using Francesco's mod. Most folks find installing Oscuro and Martigen to be significantly easier than installing a full FCOM. If it's still not working you may want to think about using Oscuro's mod by itself.or Oscuro and Martigen. When you feel you understand how to install it, give it another try. It requires some thought on the part of the user. If you've already read it, my advise is to read it again. Careful study pays off when installing FCOM.
